Teen Krav Maga Self Defence Camp 2024

Our Teen Krav Maga Self-Defense Summer Camp is an exciting opportunity for teenagers aged 11 to 16 to learn practical self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment. Hosted by certified Krav Maga instructors, this camp is designed to empower teens with the confidence and knowledge they need to protect themselves and stay safe.

No Experience Necessary

No prior martial arts experience is required to participate in our camp. Whether you’re new to self-defense or have some background in martial arts, our camp is open to everyone willing to learn and grow.

At Institute Krav Maga Cork, we believe that self-defense goes beyond physical techniques. Our camp also focuses on building self-confidence, assertiveness, and resilience, empowering teens to navigate life’s challenges with courage and strength.
