Your First Class
our class will begin with a quick introduction to the Krav Maga system and essential safety tips to ensure a safe and enjoyable session. We’ll then guide you through a dynamic warm-up to get your body moving and ready for training.
Once warmed up, you’ll dive into learning practical self-defense techniques. You’ll pair up with another participant and practice under the guidance of our expert instructors, who will be there to help every step of the way. Don’t hesitate to ask questions—they’re always happy to assist!
Toward the end of the class, you’ll put your new skills into action with focus pad drills. This is where you’ll get to test your techniques in a fun, energetic way. While it may feel challenging at first, it gets easier with practice and time.
We close the session with a lineup and a respectful bow, symbolizing discipline and unity.
Feeling tired after your first class is completely normal—Krav Maga is an intense but rewarding workout. Over time, your body will adapt, and you’ll notice progress both in your fitness and self-defense abilities.
