Institute Krav Maga has been serving the local community for over 17-years with bespoke corporate safety training, self-defence seminars and fun team building activities devised for many local schools, colleges, councils, estate agents, and many other local companies and support groups around Cork.

We have our own dedicated training centre in Cork but we are often asked to deliver training in house which we are always happy to oblige.

We will work to deliver programme orientated solutions that reflect the need of your Company or School e.g. team-building, confidence development, and practical based personal safety, breakaway or self-defence training. We have male and female instructors available.

All staff are fully qualified, insured, first aid certificated and Garda Vetted.
