FAQ – Kids & Teen Krav Maga
What age groups can join?
Kids’ classes are for ages 7–11, and teen classes are for ages 11–15.
Does my child need experience?
Not at all. Most children and teens start as complete beginners. We teach step by step in a safe, supportive way.
What should they wear for the trial class?
Comfortable sports clothes like a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms. We train barefoot, so no special shoes are needed.
Do I need to stay during the class?
Parents don’t stay in the training hall during sessions. You can wait in your car or use the upstairs waiting area. If your child is new, you’re welcome to stay for the first 5 minutes to help them settle in.
Is it safe?
Yes. All training is supervised by qualified instructors, and techniques are taught in a controlled, age-appropriate way. Safety is our top priority.
Will Krav Maga help with bullying?
Yes. Kids and teens learn practical skills to prevent and deal with bullying, along with the confidence to stand tall and handle challenges.
