You’ve made the first step.

We’re looking forward to seeing you at your trial class. This is your chance to experience the training, learn some real self defence, and see how everything works in a relaxed, beginner friendly environment.

Just come in comfortable clothes, bring water, and be ready to get involved. No experience or fitness level is required, we’ll guide you through everything step by step.

All you need to do is show up and give it a go. Once you’re on the mat, it will all make sense.
